jettbuj Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the relationship between jettbuj (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service made available through the jettbuj website and associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I agree" checkbox, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with jettbuj in any meaningful capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read alongside, the following additional policy documents which are incorporated herein by reference:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, the more specific document shall prevail in relation to the matter it addresses. Where no supplementary document addresses a particular matter, these Terms shall govern.

Access to jettbuj and participation in any real-money activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions. 18+
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for you as an individual.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of jettbuj or its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that may impair your ability to understand and accept these Terms.

By registering an account, you explicitly warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes fraud and may result in legal action in addition to immediate account closure.

To access real-money features on jettbuj — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.

You are permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jettbuj employs advanced duplicate-detection systems that cross-reference device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment instruments, and identity documents. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice, and balances may be forfeited.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, jettbuj will request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or crypto wallet used for deposits.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. jettbuj will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

jettbuj reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, particularly where we have grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.

jettbuj supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment network. For mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), this typically occurs within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. For crypto deposits, crediting is subject to the required number of blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used at the discretion of jettbuj. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following target timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Under 5 minutes during standard operating hours (BST 09:00–23:00).
• USDT (TRC-20): Under 15 minutes subject to network congestion.
• BTC: Under 60 minutes subject to network congestion.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on card issuer processing times.

jettbuj does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. However, your payment provider, mobile network operator, or blockchain network may apply their own transaction fees, for which jettbuj bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. jettbuj reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, jettbuj will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

jettbuj offers various promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the applicable offer page, which you should read carefully before opting in.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotional offers on jettbuj unless an individual offer explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer details. Meeting a wagering requirement means placing total bets equal to the stated multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount).
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and any associated free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution percentages are listed in the full bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active in your account, bets placed may not exceed the maximum bet limit applicable to the active bonus. Bets above this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any winnings generated while in breach of this rule.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Duplicate Accounts: Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.

jettbuj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification to an active bonus will be communicated to the affected player via email or in-account notification. Where a bonus is withdrawn mid-use, any accrued progress toward wagering requirements will be assessed on a pro-rata basis and resolved fairly.

All bets placed on jettbuj are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including the event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming. jettbuj will not reverse, cancel, or modify a confirmed bet except in circumstances explicitly described below.

Sports Betting: Betting markets are offered on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral international series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and selected other sports. Pre-match and in-play betting are both available. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the close of the market. In-play odds update continuously based on match conditions. jettbuj reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• An obvious pricing error has occurred that results in odds that are materially incorrect compared to the fair-market price.
• There is credible evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• A technical error on the platform resulted in the bet being accepted incorrectly.

Casino Games: All casino games use certified random-number generation (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are made available in the game information panel. jettbuj does not alter or override game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault will not be honoured.

Maximum Winnings: jettbuj applies a maximum single-transaction winnings cap across all games and sports. The current maximum withdrawal resulting from a single bet or game session is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) or its equivalent in the applicable currency. Any winnings exceeding this cap in a single session will be paid out in scheduled instalments as agreed with the player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jettbuj. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment instrument, or account credentials without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated means to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or with dealers in live casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after having used the deposited funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jettbuj staff or other players via any communication channel.

jettbuj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is suspected of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The player's account is suspected of being used for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• The player has failed to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• jettbuj is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• jettbuj determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to provide services to the player presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jettbuj will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Transaction history and account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulatory record-keeping obligations, for a minimum period of 5 years.

jettbuj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. You are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gambling sessions. You will be notified when your session limit is approaching and logged out automatically upon reaching it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jettbuj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services provided thereon.

jettbuj makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial loss arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or cyber attacks.

In no event shall jettbuj's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising in connection with the platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jettbuj's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jettbuj is incorporated and operates.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and jettbuj, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email at support [at] jettbuj. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith. The majority of account, payment, and bonus disputes are resolved within 5 business days of being formally raised.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 20 business days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided to the player at the time of escalation.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of jettbuj must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period will be time-barred. This limitation applies regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.

Disputes relating to the outcome of a game or bet are subject to the recorded data held on jettbuj's servers, which shall be treated as the definitive record in the absence of manifest error. Where the platform's records and the player's recollection conflict, the platform's server records shall prevail.

jettbuj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to updates in applicable law or regulation, changes in the services we offer, security requirements, or operational needs of the platform.

When material changes are made to these Terms, jettbuj will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification sent to the address registered on your account, via an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login, or via a prominently placed notice on the jettbuj homepage. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jettbuj following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect. You may close your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
